The Budget & Financial Committees purpose is to assist in the preparation of the budget. They will be assisted by the Managing Agent and the Treasurer. They review major projects and purchases submitted by owners, committees and the Managing Agent, then recommend a budget for approval by the Board of Directors for the ensuing year.
In addition, the Committee will meet monthly if requested by the Committee Chair to review the monthly financial results for the Association.
