Clubhouse

Our community club house is located at 65 Village Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22406. It is open Monday through Friday, 9-5. The phone number is 540-286-2555. This is where you can find the onsite community manager. The clubhouse can by rented for parties and meetings from 8:00 am until midnight on weekends and from 5:00 pm until midnight during the week. The pool can be rented during the pool season after 8:00 pm.
